Any form of copying, reproducing, distributing, sharing, or counterfeiting materials outside the Physics by Kashan Rashid platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Usage & Restrictions
Individual Use Only
User accounts are intended strictly for the registered student. Sharing login credentials, study materials, access rights, or progress data with any third party—including family members, friends, or other students—is not permitted.
Penalties for Account Sharing
- Access to the platform may be suspended or permanently terminated.
- Any fees paid for the active subscription period will become non-refundable.
- In severe or repeated violations, the provider reserves the right to pursue legal action.
4. Privacy & Data Sharing
By creating an account or signing up for the platform, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with the provider’s partners, service providers, or affiliated platforms when necessary to facilitate or improve the services offered through the portal.
5. User Status & Academic Liability
Role of the User
Users are classified solely as students accessing educational material. They do not act as assessors, and no principal–agent relationship exists between the provider and the user.
No Guarantee of Results
The platform functions as a supplementary educational resource and is not an accredited examination or assessment body. Participation in classes or sessions does not guarantee academic success or exam performance. The provider bears no responsibility for results in examinations or competitive assessments.
Instructor Discretion
Teaching methods, course delivery style, and session structure are determined solely by the instructor’s professional discretion. Users do not have the authority to challenge these methods.
6. Minors & Consent
If a user is under the age of 18 (the legal age of consent in Pakistan), it is assumed that access to the platform has been granted with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. It is further assumed that the guardian has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on the minor’s behalf.
7. Refunds & Subscriptions
Refund Window
New subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day refund policy, provided the request meets the provider’s legitimate criteria.
Subscription Renewals
Refunds are not applicable for subscription renewals.
Eligibility Requirements
Refund requests will only be considered for accounts that remain in good standing and have not violated any platform policies.
Continued Access
Upon expiration of a subscription, users must renew their subscription or enroll in another available course to continue accessing the platform’s materials.
8. Breaches, Terminations & Jurisdiction
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Posting or sharing banned, offensive, or inappropriate content, or engaging in spam activities, will result in immediate and permanent account termination without the possibility of reinstatement.
Immediate Suspension
The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a serious violation occurs. The provider holds sole authority in determining what constitutes a serious breach.
Jurisdiction
The platform operates within Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
Fair Usage
These Terms & Conditions comply with applicable laws governing fair usage policies to protect the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.
