including any terms applicable to its authorized agents,
representatives, and support personnel.
The provider reserves the right to revise, update, remove, or
introduce new provisions to these Terms & Conditions at any
time without prior notice.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you
have read, understood, and agreed to the document as a whole.
Acceptance means you agree to be bound by all of its provisions.
All educational materials, content, resources, recordings,
documents, and other materials provided through the portal remain
the intellectual property of the provider. The provider has
complete discretion over which materials are made available free
of charge and which are offered as paid content.
Copying, reproducing, downloading for redistribution, reselling,
sharing, uploading, distributing, or reproducing any material
outside the CS With SK platform without
authorization is strictly prohibited.
Each account is intended exclusively for the student registered
under that account. Sharing login credentials, course access,
educational materials, account information, or learning progress
with any other person, including friends, family members, or
other students, is prohibited.
If an account is found to be shared or misused:
By registering for an account or using the platform, you
acknowledge and agree that relevant user information may be
shared with authorized partners, service providers, or
affiliated platforms where reasonably necessary to operate,
maintain, secure, or improve the services provided through
the portal.
Users access the platform solely as students for educational
purposes. Users do not act as assessors, representatives,
employees, or agents of the provider, and no principal–agent
relationship is created between the provider and the user.
The platform is intended to serve as a supplementary educational
resource and is not an accredited examination, certification, or
assessment authority. Participation in classes, courses, or
sessions does not guarantee academic success, examination
results, grades, admissions, or performance in competitive
assessments. The provider shall not be held responsible for a
user’s academic or examination outcome.
The instructor retains professional discretion over teaching
techniques, course structure, lesson delivery, classroom
management, and session format. These methods may be adjusted
whenever the instructor considers it appropriate for effective
teaching.
If a user is under the age of 18, it is understood that their
access to the platform has been granted with the knowledge,
permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The guardian is deemed responsible for reviewing and accepting
these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor.
New subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days
of purchase, subject to the provider’s applicable refund
criteria and verification.
Payments made for subscription renewals are generally
non-refundable.
Refund requests will only be reviewed for accounts that remain
in good standing and have not violated these Terms &
Conditions or other platform policies.
Once a subscription expires, continued access to the platform’s
materials requires renewal of the relevant subscription or
enrollment in another available course or program.
Uploading, posting, or sharing prohibited, abusive, offensive,
inappropriate, or unlawful content, as well as engaging in
spam, misuse, or disruptive activities, may result in immediate
and permanent termination of the account without reinstatement.
The provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or
permanently terminate an account without prior notice where a
serious or significant violation of these Terms & Conditions
occurs. The provider retains the authority to determine whether
conduct constitutes a serious breach.
The platform operates within Pakistan. Any dispute, claim, or
matter arising from or relating to the use of the platform shall
be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the
competent courts of Pakistan.
These Terms & Conditions are intended to establish
reasonable standards of use and to protect the rights, services,
educational resources, and responsibilities of all parties
involved, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
